Your Responsibilities:
🔧 Production and assembly of car headlights for the automotive industry
🔧 Work with modern manufacturing equipment and production lines
🔧 Visual inspection and quality control of finished products
🔧 Handling and assembling components on the production line
🔧 Participation in continuous improvement of production processes
Requirements:
✔ Work experience in the Czech Republic minimum 6 months
✔Fluent English
✔ Manual skills and attention to detail
✔ Responsibility, reliability, and independence
✔ Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation (8-hour shifts)
✔ Ability to work both independently and in a team
✔ Interest in modern technologies
✔ Basic logical thinking skills
What We Offer:
💰 Joining bonus of 75,000 CZK
💰 Salary of up to 35,000 CZK per month, with part of the recruitment bonus bringing the total to up to 55,000 CZK during the first 3 months
