Whether you are at the beginning of your influencer marketing career or already have several years of experience leading campaigns, we would love to hear from you. \u003C/p>\u003Cp>#NewChallenge, #NewMe  \u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>What You'll Do:\u003C/strong> \u003C/p>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Monitor social media, beauty trends, and emerging influencers across different platforms and markets. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Search for and identify relevant influencers for Notino campaigns across the countries where we operate. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, agencies, and other external partners. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Independently manage influencer campaigns. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Create influencer briefs and provide constructive feedback on content to ensure it aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Coordinate communication with influencers, including deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and campaign requirements. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Monitor campaign performance and work with metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, CPM, CPE, and engagement rate. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Prepare campaign reports, present results, and identify opportunities for future optimization. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Support budget tracking or take ownership of campaign budgets. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Maintain and regularly update the influencer database, including contact details, previous collaborations, and performance history. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Ensure that influencer content follows disclosure requirements, agreed usage rights and other campaign conditions. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Come up with creative on-top activities and new ways to engage influencers and their audiences. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Participate in the preparation and delivery of influencer events, including attending events as required. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>And, of course, take care of the necessary campaign administration.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cp>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>What You Have:\u003C/strong> \u003C/p>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>You have experience in influencer marketing. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>You understand the influencer landscape.
