What to expect
- introducing new models to the welding shop production lines
- developing and improving manufacturing processes and procedures
- setting and monitoring quality standards for new models
- proposing automation solutions for manual processes
- modifying Siemens S7 PLC programs
- wiring sensors and integrating them into PLC programs
- modifying HMI panels in WinCC
- improving production equipment and ensuring smooth operations
- managing assigned projects and monitoring key milestones
- cooperating with related production and technical teams
What you need
- secondary or university education in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering or PLC automation
- strong technical thinking
- knowledge of Siemens automation systems (Simatic S7, TIA Portal and WinCC)
- knowledge of CATIA V5R25, AutoCAD 2D/GStarCAD and DMWorks
- knowledge of electrical wiring and the ability to read technical documentation
- communicative English and Czech at a minimum B2 level
- good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- good communication and organizational skills
- a careful and responsible approach
- a category B driving licence
- experience in a similar process engineering role and with production equipment installation is an advantage
