About the Role
Allwyn is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Procurement Specialist to join our Finance team in Prague. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, learn how procurement supports business operations across multiple countries, and build valuable skills in SAP, data management and stakeholder communication.
📍 We’re open to different working arrangements and would be happy to welcome either:
- one full-time colleague, or
- two part-time students who can share the responsibilities throughout the week.
What You Will Do:
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP S/4HANA in line with internal policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain purchase orders throughout their lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify supporting documentation
- Assist with supplier invoice processing and validation activities
- Maintain and update supplier and product master data with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Prepare regular procurement reports and basic analyses to support decision-making
- Support senior team members with operational procurement activities and improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- Secondary school education or current university studies (Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data
- Good organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Czech is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or another ERP system is an advantage, but not required
