Role Purpose
As an IT Innovation Trainee, you will:
- support IT leadership in day‑to‑day activities and strategic topics,
- bring fresh perspectives on technology, user experience, and digital trends,
- contribute to innovation initiatives and new ways of working,
- help simplify complex ideas into clear, modern, and user‑friendly outputs,
This role is ideal for students from technical or creative technical ‑backgrounds, such as IT, computer science, data analytics, UX/UI design, or digital product design.
What You Will Do?
Support & Collaboration
- Support preparation of presentations, materials, and internal communication,
- Assist with structuring ideas, documents, and outputs for leadership,
- Collaborate across IT teams on various topics and projects,
Innovation & Improvement
- Contribute ideas on how IT can work more simply, efficiently, and user‑friendly,
- Support innovation initiatives and experimentation with new approaches,
- Explore trends from digital products, startups, and technology developments,
AI & Digital Mindset
- Work with AI tools (e.g. generative AI, productivity tools, design tools) ,
- Identify opportunities where AI can simplify work and increase efficiency,
- Bring inspiration and practical use cases into the organization,
Exposure & Learning
- Participate in selected meetings, workshops, and internal sessions,
- Gain insight into how IT strategy and decision‑making works,
- Learn how large IT organizations operate in practice,
Required knowledge and skills
- Student of a technical or creative technical ‑university ,
- Ideally in the final year of Master’s studies,
- Suitable also for profiles such as UX/UI design, digital product, IT, data,
- 1–3 years of work experience,
- Strong interest in AI tools ,
- Actively uses AI, experiments with new tools, and follows trends,
- High-tech early ‑adopter ,
- Strategic thinking, curiosity, ambition ,
- Excellent communication skills ,
- Resilience and ability to operate in a dynamic environment,
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and open topics that are not yet fully defined ,
Framework & Practical Setup (open – for discussion)
- Part-time‑: 0.5 FTE
- Contract: 1 year
