Allwyn is looking for an experienced IFRS professional who will play a key role in preparing and delivering consolidated financial reporting across the Allwyn Group, with a focus on development and optimisation of our consolidation system (OneStream). You’ll work closely with both Finance and IT and play a part in making our reporting faster, smarter and more efficient.
👉 You don’t need previous OneStream experience – what matters is your interest in finance systems, process improvement or experience with system implementation or development.
What you will do:
- Play a key role in collecting, validating and processing financial data for Group consolidation
- Prepare quarterly and year-end IFRS consolidation for assigned sub-groups
- Contribute to development, optimisation and ongoing improvement of the OneStream consolidation system
- Translate business and reporting requirements into system and process improvements
- Independently handle complex accounting topics (e.g. business combinations, impairments, fair value measurements)
- Support preparation of consolidated financial statements, reports and external disclosures
- Collaborate with auditors, Finance and IT stakeholders, and contribute to analysis and transformation projects
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience in IFRS and consolidation (ideally from a Big4 or Group environment)
- Interest in finance systems, process optimisation or reporting tools
- Experience with system implementation, development or optimisation (any consolidation/reporting tool is a plus)
- Ability to translate business needs into system or process improvements
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Fluent English (Czech/Slovak advantage)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to challenge and improve existing processes
