What to expect
- gradual involvement in payroll processing for approximately 500 employees in a production environment, including handling the monthly payroll agenda
- electronic processing of the annual tax reconciliation and related communication with employees
- payroll deduction agenda (garnishments, insolvency) – calculations, communication with enforcement officers and insolvency administrators
- cooperation with institutions (courts, the Police of the Czech Republic, the Social Security Administration)
- processing of sickness insurance benefits (care leave, paternity leave, sickness benefits, etc.)
- work in MS Office and SAP – advantage if you already have experience
- opportunity to actively participate in the planned transition to a higher SAP version
What You need
- secondary or university education, ideally in economics
- experience in payroll or accounting
- good knowledge of payroll legislation
- accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills
- knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- communicative level of English
- knowledge of SAP is an advantage
