Our Application Engineering team (Omni & Digital tribes) is looking for Senior Java Developers who will help build the core of our applications — backend microservices and their integration with harmonized APIs.
Our solutions power both digital channels (such as the My T‑Mobile mobile app or t‑mobile.cz website) and assisted channels used by our colleagues in CRM and order‑management systems. You will therefore work on platforms that serve millions of customers daily across a variety of touchpoints.

Java SE
- Routine knowledge of built-in data structures (collections), time complexities
- Experience with commonly used design patterns and programming principles
- Experience with code refactoring
- Strong experience with functional programming concepts in Java and the Stream API
- Overview of JVM features and the Java build lifecycle
Spring Boot
- Spring Boot 3 - understanding of key mechanics, overview of capabilities
- Dependency Injection and IoC principles
- JPA/Hibernate - good understanding of key mechanics
