Your Role:
You will be involved in the preparation and review of various legal documents, including lease agreements, purchase contracts, and contract for establishment of easement. In real estate, we regularly provide legal support for the operation of the most significant shopping and office centers in the Czech Republic. Additionally, we work on M&A transactions, in which you can participate from beginning to end. Although real estate is our primary focus, you will also come across a broad range of legal fields (such as intellectual property law, real estate finance, insolvency, litigation, etc.). As part of a smaller team, you will be deeply engaged in projects and can expect an individual approach. In addition to M&A, you can get involved in corporate legal advisory related to the daily operations of businesses, including various aspects of corporate law - such as changes to statutory bodies, registered offices, and the registration of ultimate beneficial owners.
What Matters to Us:
- Law Degree from a Czech University – You have completed your legal studies at a law faculty in the Czech Republic.
- Excellent English Proficiency – Both written and spoken. As our clients are largely international corporations, you will frequently communicate in English.
- Proactive and Responsible Approach – We expect you to handle tasks independently and take initiative in their execution.
- Passion for Business Law – We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in business law and wants to further develop in this field.
