We are looking for a Junior HR Analyst to join our global HR team, supporting HR data management across the organization. In this role, you will participate in collecting, processing, and conducting basic analysis of HR data, working closely with HR colleagues as well as business teams.
This position is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical background, natural curiosity, and eagerness to learn. It offers a unique opportunity to combine data and HR work and to gradually develop in the field of HR/People Analytics in an international environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the preparation of regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment).
  • Data processing in MS Excel (tables, overviews, basic analyses).
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and global teams for data collection.
  • Supporting the preparation of HR dashboards and presentations.
  • Checking the accuracy and consistency of HR data.
  • Providing administrative support for HR analytics and HR controlling.
  • Supporting benefit administration.
  • Updating and verifying HR data in HR systems.
  • Learning to work with HRIS systems and reporting tools.

Candidate requirements

Education & Experience

  • University degree (or final-year student) in HR, economics, statistics, IT, data analytics, or similar field.
  • Experience in HR, administration, controlling, or data work is an advantage (not required).
  • Advanced English is must.
  • Internship or work experience during studies is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Basic understanding of working with data.
  • Interest in reporting and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage (not required).
  • Willingness to learn HRIS systems (SAP, ATS, etc.).
