In this role as Senior UX Researcher you will play a pivotal role in shaping our research strategy, mentoring others, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization. As a B2C focused Senior UX Researcher, you will work with our end users.

What will you do in our position ❓
- Run complex research projects & present research findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner;
- Serve as a strategic subject matter expert on UX research methodologies, adopting AI tools and trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the broader team;
- Support teams in building continuous product discovery habits, using opportunity solution trees and delivering value to the user quickly;
- Mentor and provide guidance to anyone conducting research, fostering their growth and development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing;
- Improve internal processes and empower product teams to do product discovery as independently as possible;
- Collaborate closely in cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals to link user insights with business goals.

- You have at least 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher;
- You demonstrate mastery in mixed methods: from conducting user interviews to independent design of quantitative experiments (e.g., A/B testing);
- You are comfortable using AI tools to process data and generate insights faster;
- You have strong business acumen: you understand e-commerce metrics, market trends, and can interpret data from Business Intelligence;
- You are curious and always ready to try new methods and evangelize them within the company;
- You are interested in teaching and mentoring to support research democratization across the organization;
- You have strategic skills (planning, insights presentation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution);
- You speak English at a C1 level or higher;
- You have great presentation skills and can influence diverse audiences;
- You have advanced design thinking & facilitation skills.
