What you can expect:

Your tasks:
- Creating weekly and monthly reports that will really help with decision-making.
- Working with the data team to validate data and ensure its accuracy.
- Preparing metrics for various departments (marketing, sales, operations).
- Supporting top management in analyses and ad hoc requests.
- Collaborating with the accounting team and being familiar with our accounting programs.

- Experience in controlling – You have an overview of monthly financial statements and know how to report correctly.

- Initiative and responsibility – You like to come up with ideas and are not afraid to take responsibility for your work.
Ideal candidate:
- Hard skills: Experience in controlling and reporting, knowledge of accounting, ability to work with data and analytical tools.
- Soft skills: Carefulness, organizational skills, and calm communication. If you have a creative approach to numbers, you will be ideal for us.
What we offer:
- Our total budget is 60,000 - 90,000
- On-site collaboration. Home office is possible after 3 months.
