🎯Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced professional who:
• Has 10+ years of experience in logistics and operations management at scale
• Possesses senior leadership experience in a complex logistics environment, including international and domestic freight
• Is skilled in strategic planning, process optimization, and KPI management
• Has excellent communication and analytical skills, and makes data-driven decisions
• Is comfortable working in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions
• Speaks English fluently and is proactive, results-oriented, and ready to take full ownership of projects
🛠️What will you be responsible for?
As Head of Logistics Operations, you will:
• Take full responsibility for cost, quality, performance, efficiency, and strategic development of logistics operations in your region
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, distribution, transport, and courier route optimization
• Manage Distribution Centers, Sortation Hubs, and Warehouse operations
• Drive innovation and sustainability in operational processes using technology and data
• Lead a team (4 FTE + operational staff), set KPIs, and support professional development
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and courier partners, run tenders (RFI/RFQ/RFP)
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, implement corrective actions, and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and SLAs
• Report operational performance to senior leadership and collaborate on global projects
