Are you a hands-on SEO specialist who enjoys turning data and best practices into real, measurable impact? Anton Laptev is on the lookout for an SEO Specialist to support our SEO team with day-to-day operations and help us keep things running smoothly at scale.

This isn't a pure “strategy-only” role. You'll be the go-to person for redirects, link building coordination and content collaboration, making sure our plans are executed precisely and efficiently across multiple markets, while working closely with our SEO lead and content teams.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support and execute SEO initiatives across Heureka’s markets, taking over day-to-day activities that free up the technical SEO lead to focus on complex topics.
  • Manage redirects and on-site changes – handle incoming redirect requests, work in the CMS to implement them, and ensure everything is correctly set up and functioning.
  • Coordinate with content teams – act as the main operational link between SEO and content, from keyword input and topic research to ensuring SEO requirements are reflected in content deliverables.
  • Run and maintain link-building activities – manage cooperation with our link-building agency, handle requests, approvals, and day-to-day communication.
  • Work with core SEO tools – use Google Search Console, Google Analytics and tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar to monitor performance, identify issues, and prepare inputs for optimizations.
  • Support reporting and “hands-on” tasks – prepare data for reports, move data between tools where needed, and keep our documentation and overviews up to date.
  • Stay curious and proactive – bring in ideas, share what you learn about SEO trends or algorithm changes with the team, and help us continuously improve our setup.
  • You'll be a key operational member of the SEO team, with the chance to learn from senior colleagues, grow your skills, and see your work have a direct impact on organic performance across multiple markets.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–3+ years in SEO (ideally in e-commerce or digital agencies).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics, plus common SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or Screaming Frog.
  • Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals – crawling, indexation, JavaScript rendering, structured data, canonicals and faceted navigation.
  • Experience with redirects management and working in CMS environments to implement on-site changes.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to support content and link-building decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and team-player attitude – you’re proactive, can handle a fast pace, and enjoy collaborating across teams (content, development, external agencies).
  • Good level of English for daily team communication.
  • Have hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or SEMrush.
