What are we looking for?

This role is the a hands on support for all processes related to vendor and customer master data in our customer centers. It is the bridge between operations and technology teams as well as to other functions in our process flows.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with key business users, stakeholders and data technology teams to support operational continuity, process stabilization and optimization.
  • Support technology development and deployment enabling business processes to meet growth and value driving goals.
  • Drive process mapping in collaboration with business process execution and collaborate with other relevant stakeholders on process design and metrics for optimal execution and results.
  • Plan and execute business process initiatives, assuring project goals and objectives are attained and sustained
  • Provide support as a consultant for the master data team, business and key business users related to ongoing operations,  initiatives and incidents including research, testing, training, change and documentation.
  • Test, validate and train as part of solution delivery, in collaboration with key business users, stakeholders and peers to ensure solutions are implemented successfully.
  • Do ongoing assessments to determine how the business processes of customer centers, sales & purchase organisation and production companies are working.
  • Collect and analyze data and information and use it to perform related tasks to ensure smooth operations and drive process optimization change.
  • Solve complex issues related to vendor and customer data domains with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

 

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in business process management, data governance, or master data operations, preferably within a global or matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated understanding in the area of Masterdata Management of vendors and/or customers with minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams.
  • SAP knowledge on at least advanced business user level
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent English skills
  • Very strong team player mindset
  • Openness and „thinking outside the box“  attitude
  • Experience in SAP Vendor, Customer from an operational POV
