We are looking for an HR Assistant. Someone curious, reliable, and eager to see how all the pieces of HR come together in practice. You will work closely with our HR Executive and BD & HR Manager, supporting a wide range of activities – from assisting recruitment and onboarding to helping with internal communication, benefits administration, and employee engagement projects. You’ll provide administration support, assist with updating HR systems and records, help organize company events and trainings, and contribute to projects that shape our workplace culture. Along the way, you’ll gain a real insight into HR and how it can make a difference every day.
We’re looking for someone who:
- is preferably a student of the Andragogy and Human Resources Management programme at Charles University,
- writes and speaks fluently in Czech and English,
- has very good communication skills and handles confidential information discreetly,
- is responsible, completes tasks on time, and can be relied upon,
- is attentive to detail and well-organized,
- enjoys a mix of creative and administrative work.
Scope: approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule around university commitments (we know timetables aren’t always easy to control – and that’s completely fine!).

The expected start date is January or February 2026.
