We’re looking for someone curious, organized, and ready to be at the heart of everything that makes our Business Development team tick. You’ll work side by side with our BD Executive and BD & HR Manager, supporting a mix of projects: from preparing client pitches and proposals to organizing events, crafting social media content, and updating our CRM and other databases. You’ll get to know the stories behind our lawyers’ work, help bring them to life, and make sure our communications – both inside and out – look and sound their best. You´ll work in a friendly and collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
Your week might include:
- Fine-tuning a client presentation one day and coordinating a client event the next one.
- Drafting a proposal or communicating with BD teams in other Clifford Chance offices worldwide.
- Updating our CRM with new business leads or brainstorming a LinkedIn post.
- Coordinating the creation of internal newsletter or arranging a photoshoot and many more.
You’ll fit right in if you're someone who’s reliable, communicative, and not afraid to take initiative. You don’t need years of experience; what matters most is that you’re curious, organized, and have an eye for detail. In short, what matters to us is that you:
- Write and speak fluently in Czech and English.
- Have an eye for order and attention to detail.
- Have a knack for organizing (and love ticking things off your list).
- Enjoy a mix of creative and administrative work.
- Handle confidential information discreetly.
- Feel comfortable working with different systems (MS Office, Canva, CRM tools, etc.).
