Your responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, selecting candidates, and extending offers.
- Act as a primary contact for Hiring Managers, supporting them with employee-related issues.
- Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, and other channels.
- Prepare and post job adverts on relevant platforms and recommend new sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
- Be a strategic partner for HRBP and Area Manager for Poland.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, tools, and processes, monitor their effectiveness in recruitment, onboarding, motivation, and employee development.
- Provide regular recruitment reports to managers.
- Promote Notino as the “best place to work” in the region.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in recruitment is a must; experience across multiple HR domains (recruitment, development, evaluation, training) in an international environment is a plus.
- Polish at native speaker level (mandatory).
- English at B2 level.
- Italian is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct various interview types and provide objective feedback to managers.
- Knowledge of labor law and hiring best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Open-minded, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to travel to stores in Poland – primarily remote work, but regular field visits required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
