In this role, you will be a key data specialist supporting our business across the Czech Republic and other regional branches. You will develop, manage, and optimise reporting systems and data-driven solutions, provide actionable insights to management and teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. We are looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and data science who can work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, enhance decision-making, and support business growth.

What will be your role? 

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise reporting systems, dashboards, and data-driven solutions to support business insights and compliance.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that enhance decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports, collaborating with compliance and operations teams to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high data quality and continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of reporting processes, data pipelines, and tools.
  • Automate routine analytics and report generation using Python and SQL.

You might be a perfect fit, if you have: 

  • Proven experience with data visualisation tools – preferably Power BI – to create clear and compelling dashboards
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data-warehousing and ETL concepts, ensuring data integrity; familiarity with Doctrine Query Language (DQL) using Doctrine ORM in Symfony is an advantage.
  • Basic Python knowledge for process automation and simple scripting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for ad-hoc analysis and data preparation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to support cross-departmental teams and explain complex data insights to non-specialists.
  • Czech language is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
