At Allwyn we are looking to hire a Lead Integration & Change Director will play a pivotal role in leading the integration of newly acquired businesses across Allwyn’s international markets. This role is responsible for delivering commercial, operational, and cultural alignment post-acquisition, ensuring that synergies are realised and that each business enhances Allwyn’s digital and market capabilities—while preserving its entrepreneurial spirit.

What you will do:

  • Develop and lead integration strategies, governance models, and cross-functional planning for global acquisitions
  • Manage complex programme delivery across functions (Finance, Technology, People, Legal, Brand)
  • Collaborate with central and local leaders to ensure operational alignment and cultural integration
  • Track and report synergy realisation, performance metrics, and integration risks to senior leadership
  • Act as the key interface between Corporate Development and operational teams
  • Great stakeholder management skills - working with People & Culture to support organizational design, talent integration, and leadership alignment
  • Build and embed integration playbooks and frameworks for future M&A initiatives

 What you need to succeed:

  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale M&A integrations or corporate transformations across geographies
  • Deep knowledge of post-merger integration (PMI), synergy tracking, and change management
  • Background in strategy consulting, corporate development, or transformation leadership in regulated or digital industries (e.g. gaming, entertainment, tech)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders in complex environments
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and ability to drive results under pressure
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
  • Relevant academic qualifications; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications a plus
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous, and multi-project environments

  • Contract – unlimited period of time, 3 months probationary period
