We are looking for a strong B2B Omnichannel Solution Architect, who brings deep experience in B2B products, services, processes, and system integration and will play a key strategic role across all B2B touchpoints and platforms in the Czech Republic.
What you’ll do:
- Define and implement the Omnichannel B2B architecture covering short term and long term architecture options with pros and cons. across all systems, platforms, and services
- Design and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, design patterns and best practices for B2B domains in line with TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, TAM)
- Provide strategic guidance on B2B processes, including Lead2Order (L2O), Order2Service (O2S), Service2Cash (S2C)
- Simplify and harmonize B2B products and processes to reduce complexity and improve scalability
- Integrate and harmonize BSS/OSS systems, product catalogs, and service platforms to support all B2B offerings
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and integration patterns for scalable, consistent B2B solutions
- Mentor and guide internal teams on B2B domain architecture and solution design
Required knowledge and experience:
- Strong B2B domain expertise with products and services such as SD-WAN, ICT, Internet, Fiber, and other B2B offerings
- Deep understanding of P (Product), S (Service), and R (Resource) modeling
- Hands-on experience with B2B processes: Lead2Order (L2O), Order2Service (O2S), Service2Cash (S2C)
- Extensive experience in telecommunications domains, BSS/OSS systems, and TM Forum architecture
- Proven ability to define and enforce technical standards, simplify products and processes, and deliver strategic solution design blueprint
- Fluent in English
What to expect:
- Lead the Omnichannel B2B architecture across all systems, services, and platforms in the Czech Republic
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, CPQ, Product/Service catalog, Order management, Contract management, Billing etc.
- Be fluent with Confluence, Jira, EA Sparx, plant UML/MIRO, LeanIX
- Shape the B2B strategy and architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and simplification across products and processes
- Serve as the key advisor for product, service, and domain teams on architecture and integration
- Influence technology choices, integration patterns, and best practices across all B2B platforms
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has strong, successful B2B domain experience, preferably as an external Solution Architect
- Understands telecom BSS/OSS systems, TM Forum standards, and B2B processes
- Can drive strategic architectural decisions and simplify B2B products and processes
- Has experience with Omnichannel B2B solutions and integration across multiple systems and platforms
- The person should have strong documentation, presentation, communication and stakeholder skills
