In this role, you will be the driving force behind our product agenda, ensuring that our products are competitive, well positioned in the market, and effectively supported across the company. We are looking for someone who not only understands the product lifecycle but is also ready to take ownership of product knowledge, drive innovation, and support colleagues and partners with the right tools and insights.
What will be your role?
- Develop proposals for new products and maintain product roadmaps.
- Evaluate existing products and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support the launch of new products and ensure consistent product messaging.
- Act as the owner of product knowledge, providing internal product training and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Collect partner feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.

You might be a perfect fit, if you have:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the financial services field, preferably in insurance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate data, trends, and market insights.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and market positioning.
- Experience in knowledge sharing and delivering product training.
- Czech and English at C1 level (spoken and written).
