We are looking for a proactive and organized student to join our team as an Office Support Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our Facility Manager to help ensure smooth daily operations of our offices and contribute to creating a great workplace experience for our employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in office management, facility coordination or HR/Operations who wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day facility tasks (supplies, deliveries, refreshments, meeting room setup, mail management).
- Support coordination across our two office locations in Brno.
- Help track and report minor maintenance issues and liaise with vendors (cleaning, utilities, office services).
- Ensure the office remains tidy, welcoming and well-equipped.
- Provide a friendly point of contact for employees’ daily office-related requests.
- Assist the Facility Manager with documentation, reporting and vendor communication.
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing (basic admin tasks).
Who You Are
- Student in business administration, facility management, HR or related fields (ideal but not required) looking for a part time job (20hours/week) and who is able to come to our offices in the city centre at least three times a week.
- Organized, reliable and proactive with a hands-on attitude.
- Strong communication skills in Czech and English.
- Comfortable with basic MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Interest in office operations, workplace culture or facilities management.
