What is going to be part of your workload?

· You are going to grant our English speaking customers‘ wishes and support and answer their needs via phone, email or chat as well as providing them with information regarding their orders

· Also, you are going to register orders made by phone, continuously watch their condition and do everything possible for their smooth delivery and customer’s smile

What do we want you to acquire?

· Proficient knowledge (minimum B2 level) of English language regarding both writing and speaking skills as you are going to deal with English speakers

· Both kind and friendly attitude as well as professional performance towards others

· Willingness to work at least 20h/week. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 – you can choose shifts that suit you within this timeframe.

· As we are a Czech-based company, this position is only open to candidates who are currently living in the Czech Republic.
