In this role, you will be the driving force behind our compliance agenda, ensuring that our activities across countries meet legal requirements, internal policies, and company values. We are looking for someone who not only understands regulations but is also ready to take a hands-on approach, develop policies, and support the business directly.
What will be your role?
- Driving and coordinating the compliance and legal agenda across the organization, including oversight of regulatory and legal risks.
- Ensuring compliance with local and EU legal frameworks, supporting contract governance and legal documentation.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the business in both compliance and legal matters, ensuring consistent and effective interpretation of regulations.
- Managing and resolving internal and external complaints, supporting the establishment of transparent, well-documented resolution processes.
- Handling internal incidents and implementing efficient internal control mechanisms.
- Managing a small compliance team and coordinating compliance activities across the organization.
- Collaborating with senior leadership, legal teams, and external regulatory bodies, including direct communication with regulators.

You might be a perfect fit, if you have:
- Experience in a similar compliance role in the insurance field.
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework in insurance or financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework in insurance, ideally with strong exposure to Czechia and Poland.
- Strong communication and leadership skills across organizational levels.
- English language proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).
