In this role, you will be the driving force behind our compliance agenda, ensuring that our activities across countries meet legal requirements, internal policies, and company values. We are looking for someone who not only understands regulations but is also ready to take a hands-on approach, develop policies, and support the business directly.

What will be your role?

  • Drive and coordinate the compliance agenda across the organization, ensuring full alignment with EU and local regulations (Czechia, Poland, and other CEE markets).
  • Take a hands-on role in developing and implementing compliance policies, training colleagues, and supporting business teams directly.
  • Oversee reporting to regulators (e.g. CNB, NBS, KNF) and internal management, ensuring transparent and timely submissions.
  • Act as a partner to the business – guiding teams through compliance requirements in a practical and understandable way.
  • Lead our small compliance team and cooperate closely with external lawyers, underwriters, and regulators.
  • Support product governance by reviewing insurance terms & conditions and ensuring our products meet both legal and business requirements.
  • Manage and resolve complaints and incidents, documenting cases and coordinating fair and compliant outcomes.

You might be a perfect fit, if you have:

  • Proven compliance experience in insurance field.
  • Solid knowledge of EU and local regulatory frameworks (e.g. IDD, GDPR, consumer protection).
  • Experience in people management, with the ability to lead a small team while staying hands-on.
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain regulations clearly and build trust with business teams and regulators.
  • Fluent English (C1) and confidence working across borders and with international stakeholders.
