We’re now looking for a Technical Consultant to lead the delivery of our product, Whalebone Immunity – from designing DNS architectures and solving complex technical challenges, to shaping product improvements and supporting large-scale rollouts across enterprises and nationwide networks.

Responsibilities
- Architect and configure recursive DNS service in large enterprise environments and nation-wide deployments.
- Understand customers' issues, needs and provide them with explanations and solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and identify cooperation opportunities.
- Support customer feedback and help identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Coordinate with other teams and team members to manage implementation blockers, deadlines and escalations
- Help optimize the sales process.
- Occasionally travel to support customers and help solve critical issues (mostly EMEA).
- Improve technical documentation.
- Self improvement - conference talks and visits, networking, certifications.
Requirements
- Understanding of Linux
- Technical knowledge of internet protocols (practical experience with DNS protocol is an advantage).
- Communication and presentation skills - any public presenting experience is warmly welcomed.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Project Management skills.
- Czech and English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with DNS protocols and systems
- Any experience with virtualization and containerization
- Any experience with presales processes
