We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master (consultant) to support our international Product R&D teams (15-20 engineers, up to 3 squads). You’ll guide teams on their agile journey, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and continuous delivery. This is an initial 6-month engagement, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and mutual agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams in Scrum adoption and agile mindset
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement
- Remove blockers and enable smooth, value-driven delivery
- Foster psychological safety, inclusion, and team wellbeing
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads on backlog, planning, and team performance
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in product development
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Lean principles
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with distributed, multicultural teams
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro; DevOps knowledge a plus
Nice to Have
- CSM/PSM or Agile coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, SAFe)
- Background in startup or high-growth product teams
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices (TDD, CI/CD)
