At Notino, we empower people to drive change and shape the future of beauty commerce. We’re looking for a bold, data-driven and commercially-minded leader to join our Commercial department as a Business Performance Director and take our multi-market growth and profitability to the next level.

What Will You Do?

  • Drive country-level business performance
    You’ll be responsible for commercial results across all 27 Notino markets, working to maximize revenue, margin, and profitability through precise execution of our strategy.
  • Implement strategic pricing to boost margin
    You will ensure our dynamic pricing strategies are implemented and optimized across markets to drive volume and maximize Margin II (MII).
  • Lead high-performance marketing execution
    You will oversee and optimize digital campaigns (including Paid Social, Affiliates, YouTube, and Display) with the ultimate goal of maximizing Advertising ROI (AROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Manage vendor media and investment offsets
    You will strategically manage supplier-funded campaigns, aiming to offset our own marketing spend and maximize Margin III (MIII) through innovative retail media solutions.
  • Oversee paid services and delivery fees
    You’ll be in charge of customer-facing paid services (e.g. insurance, gift wrapping, delivery fees), ensuring they enhance user experience while contributing to profitability.
  • Use data and market insights to drive decisions
    You will leverage internal analytics, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to continuously fine-tune strategy for sustainable growth.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • You have senior-level commercial experience in e-commerce or retail, ideally in beauty or FMCG.
  • You have a strong track record in driving commercial growth, pricing, category management and ROI optimization.
  • You are both analytical and strategic, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You’re a natural leader, skilled in building and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • You speak fluent English; other languages are a plus.
  • While most of the team is based in Brno, you don’t have to be. It’s possible to work from Prague, with regular visits to Brno (at least two days per week).
