What will be your responsibility?
- Manage contract creation based on sales team quotes, ensuring coordination and follow-up of the service contract portfolio for multiple Atlas Copco Group companies abroad, starting immediately after the point of sale.
- Maintain and administer all contract-related data within the SAP ERP system.
- Support the development of high-quality processes between Atlas Copco Group companies and the Contract Hub in Brno, while collaborating closely to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data you manage.
- Focus on identifying efficiencies and improvements related to the contract, additionally, provide support to the customer center during the implementation phase of this improvement, best practice.
- Provide semi-annual reports to Atlas Copco companies, summarizing the past six months of collaboration between the Atlas Copco Group companies and the Brno Hub.
What are the requirements for the job?
- Experience in a similar administrative/ back office role could really help you but is not mandatory, the right attitude is the most important
- Communicative English is a must
- Focus of details and willing to work in a process oriented way
- Strong sense and interest for getting analytical insights and taking actions on these insights
- Ability for looking for process improvements
- An independent worker who takes ownership for the coordination of the contract portfolio
- Knowledge of SAP or experience from an international company are advantages
