We are seeking an Innovative CRM & Promotion Manager to join our dynamic international lottery company. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement across multiple markets.
As part of the central Category Marketing team, you will lead a cross-market working group composed of CRM, loyalty, and promotional experts from our local teams, operating in CZ, GR, AT, UK and US markets. Your mission will be to inspire and coordinate new initiatives that drive incremental revenue, enhance player loyalty, and unlock synergies through centralized innovation. Special attention will be given to supporting Allwyn brand building in relevant markets and maximizing impact of global partnership of Allwyn with F1 and McLaren.
What will you do:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional working group of CRM, loyalty, and promotion professionals from local markets.
- Generate, evaluate and test new ideas that can be piloted or rolled out across markets to deliver incremental revenue and player engagement.
- Identify and leverage synergies between markets, driving efficiencies through smart centralization of tools, resources, and initiatives.
- Foster collaboration and best practice sharing among market teams to accelerate innovation and learning.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of central and local CRM and loyalty initiatives, offering strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Brand and Insight teams to ensure alignment of loyalty and CRM strategies with broader business objectives.
- Co-operate with TECH team to align on potential use of new technologies in CRM, loyalty programs, promotional mechanics and personalized marketing.
What do you need to succeed?
- Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM, loyalty marketing, or promotional strategy, preferably in lottery category. (Allwyn Group experience would be ideal.)
- Excellent English written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
- Creative, data-driven mindset with a proven ability to turn insights into actionable ideas.
- Experience leading cross-functional or cross-country teams is a plus.
