The Head of Security plays a critical role for CZ, SK and HU operations. The position has a strong focus on acquisitions and integration. This role is responsible for overseeing the facilities operations of newly acquired properties and ensuring their seamless integration into the organization’s existing portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of facility management, due diligence processes, and capital planning, and will play a key leadership role during mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This position requires close collaboration with operations teams, business process owners, and leadership to identify, design, and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Which areas you will cover?
· Strategic Facility Planning: Lead facilities assessments and planning during the year, lead acquisition process, ensuring alignment with business growth strategies. Review and renegotiate service contracts for acquired sites to align with corporate standards and cost-efficiency goals.
· Due Diligence: Manage facility-related due diligence efforts including infrastructure assessments, risk evaluations, compliance, and operational readiness.
· Capital Projects: Plan and lead facility upgrades, retrofits, or capital improvements post-acquisition as needed.
· Budget Oversight: Develop and manage capital and operational budgets related to acquisitions and facility upgrades.
· Team Leadership: Lead and develop a facility department team and support across regions; provide clear direction, performance management, and professional development.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Procurement, HR, IT to support company initiatives from a facilities perspective.
· Compliance & Safety: Ensure all acquired properties meet regulatory requirements and company safety standards from day one of transition.
