Heureka Group is looking for an experienced and visionary Enterprise Business Director to take the reins of our Enterprise Business division. This team manages our most strategic relationships and drives a significant part of Heureka’s revenue. đŸ’Œ What you will do:

👉 Lead our Enterprise division across CZ, SK and HU:
You'll develop the go-to-market strategy, lead and support high-performing sales and success teams, and ensure we’re delivering long-term value for our largest clients.

👉 Own strategic partnerships:
The biggest clients require your direct involvement – you’ll lead or support critical negotiations, steer account strategies, and make sure our partners see us not just as a vendor, but as a business ally.

👉 Drive growth through data and innovation:
From performance insights to new commercial models, you'll use data to spot opportunities, optimize existing processes, and expand into new verticals or markets.

👉 Collaborate across Heureka Group:
You’ll work closely with B2B marketing, product, finance, and other senior leaders to align on goals, budgets, and execution. You’ll also be an essential voice in shaping the future of our Merchant Gang – the matrix unit dedicated to supporting our merchant ecosystem.

  • Reviewing commercial dashboards and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Leading weekly standups with sales and customer success leads
  • Supporting enterprise account negotiation
  • Brainstorming next-gen sales strategy with marketing and product
  • Preparing a board presentation on enterprise performance
  • Catching up on trends in marketplace models or first-party data activation
  • Representing Heureka at a major e-commerce conference

đŸ§© Who we’re looking for

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership, business development or partnerships, ideally in e-commerce, tech, SaaS, or logistics
  • A track record of managing and mentoring teams to commercial success
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise account strategy and partner management
  • Strategic mindset and data-driven thinking
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across multiple CEE markets
  • Fluent English (C1+) is a must; other languages are a plus
  • Experience from BigTech, e-commerce platforms or similar – a strong advantage
