About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our operations in Ghana. This is a leadership opportunity within a successful Czech company with a growing global footprint. As Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of our business in Ghana — from sales strategy and business development to team leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow our Ghanaian operations with a clear focus on performance and market expansion
- Drive medical device sales and strengthen partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing local team
- Ensure efficient administrative and CRM processes
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and regional teams
What We’re Looking For
- A university degree in Business, Management, Medicine, or a related field
- Proven experience in the sales of medical devices
- Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for building and guiding teams
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Accra, Ghana and travel frequently
- Excellent command of English and outstanding communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- High level of flexibility, independence, and reliability
- Familiarity with CRM systems and solid administrative competence
- A continuous learner with the ambition to grow
