We are looking for an Agile Team Coach who will help us foster Agile principles in our DevOps teams. You will work actively and daily with teams through coaching and team self-reflection for continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will be skilled in removing obstacles and roadblocks.

  • Fluent in English and German 
  • Work together with product owner and the teams to translate business needs into functioning services.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate meetings and help the team improve.
  • Help to coordinate dependencies between teams so that your team can focus on their work.
  • Like to listen and work with people.
  • Come from a technical background.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
