This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to work alongside seasoned lawyers on high-value real estate transactions in all real estate sectors such as office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, logistic parks, residential buildings and retail parks.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan>\u003Cstrong>Your Role:\u003C/strong>\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan>Your role will involve:\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cspan>Assisting senior lawyers with preparation, review, and organization of transaction and finance documents, due diligence, closing and drawdown processes.\u003C/span>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cspan>Providing further legal support to our clients, such as real estate owners, developers, investors and lenders, in all aspects of real estate transaction, including acquisition financing, construction loans, investment loans and refinancing.\u003C/span>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cspan>Helping manage and track deadlines, checklists, closing and drawdown requirements.\u003C/span>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cspan>Maintaining organized and up-to-date electronic and physical files for ongoing matters.\u003C/span>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cspan>Helping manage, coordinate and prepare signing and closing meetings.\u003C/span>\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan>As part of a smaller team, you will be deeply involved in projects and can expect an individual approach. You will participate in real estate transactions from start to finish. You will receive support from senior lawyers who will assign your work. You will have an assigned mentor to guide you. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to work independently and communicate directly with clients. You will actively participate in client meetings and be part of signings and closings.
