This role focuses on reducing cycle times, minimizing complexity, and driving efficiency through automation and digitalization. The Delivery Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Streamline delivery processes to reduce cycle times and complexity.
- Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and other teams for smooth delivery execution and alignment on objectives.
- Automation & Digitalization: Implement digital tools to enhance delivery speed and quality, minimizing manual intervention.
- Vendor Management: Ensure third-party contributions align with internal goals and timelines.
- Delivery Governance: Monitor and report on delivery KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Implement new processes and tools, ensuring teams are aligned and equipped to adapt.
- Efficiency Gains: Identify areas to reduce costs, shorten delivery times, and simplify workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate delivery objectives, timelines, and potential risks clearly to senior stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, ideally within the ICT or Telco sector.
- Ability to streamline complex processes and reduce delivery durations.
- Experience with automation, digital tools, and process improvements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to drive change management processes and manage stakeholders effectively.
