We are looking for a new colleague who enjoys working with data (financial/non-financial), can interpret it and draw conclusions from it, that can be conveyed to others. The candidate will be in daily intensive contact with colleagues responsible for B2C mobile segment management, supporting them regarding financial analysis and actively participating as a controlling representative in the preparation of new propositions.
Within our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Regular evaluation of financial results of the segment, interpretation, preparation of comments and reports for management.
- Preparation of plans within standard planning cycles, including separate discussion of the plan with responsible managers.
- Participation in regular monthly closing for the given area.
- Business Case calculation for newly prepared services or campaigns.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis to clarify deviations from plans or to identify additional potential.
Required qualifications and skills:
• University degree.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, more complex formulas).
• Advanced knowledge of Czech language (written, spoken) and upper-intermediate/advanced knowledge of English (written, spoken - willingness & ability to use it on a daily basis).
• The ability to interpret financial and non-financial indicators, including the formulation of conclusions and recommendations.
• The ability to independently propose solutions that will lead to the fulfillment of the desired goal.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships (stakeholder management).
• Collaborative thinking and a team-player spirit.
Advantage is:
• Experience with a telco company.
• Previous experience in controlling, finance partnering or performance management.
• Knowledge of ERP tools (SAP).
• Knowledge of data processing and visualization tools (Power Query, SQL, Python, Power BI).
