We are currently looking for the position of Project Finance Analyst. We need a person who has experience in predictive modelling, enjoys (and knows) Excel and wants to be able to influence the direction of the company.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Build, own, and maintain financial models that assess the economic viability and commercial potential of projects within Solek’s Solar and BESS (storage) portfolio.
- Support project development activities, including specific project modelling, scenario analysis, portfolio analysis, country macro analysis etc.
- Support and take an active role in the short and medium term planning process, supporting the Budget, Finance and Controlling teams on the Budget and Business Plan preparation and monitorization.
- Provide analysis and report on potential acquisitions, asset sales, project finance and debt structures.
- Prepare and deliver quality presentations and reports to the senior management.
- Engage with off-takers and capital providers (construction finance, short term debt lenders, tax equity, preferable equity etc.),
HOW DO WE SEE YOU?
- At least 3 year’s experience in valuation or project finance (finance advisors, Big 4, investment banking background is a plus).
- Strong experience with financial modeling & high level of financial and economic project analysis.
- You are able to do projection in Excel (e.g. calculation of net worth, project value, valuation of receivables, etc.).
- You are used to write macros, formulas and use Excel to the maximum.
- English - we are an international company and use it daily.
