If you are a detail-oriented scientist with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in molecular biology or biochemistry methods, who takes pride in ensuring the reliability and reproducibility of laboratory techniques and is eager to implement and optimize new approaches, join us as a Senior QC Specialist and help ensure the quality of our innovative products.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Independently perform QC experiments, evaluate and interpret results, and apply statistical approaches.
- Transfer and implement molecular biology and enzymology methods from R&D to QC – Adapt, optimize and validate lab methods for routine QC.
- Participate in product development with focus on stability testing and performance validation.
- Maintain detailed experimental records and provide summarized reports for collaboration with R&D and QA.
- Ensure QC processes comply with QMS standards and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What are the requirements?
- Master’s or PhD degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or related fields.
- Several years of experience in academic or industrial laboratory.
- Experience in molecular biology and biochemistry methods such as RT-PCR, enzyme activity assays, and related techniques, with the ability to independently interpret results.
- Interest in learning the quality management system (according to ISO 13485:2016); prior experience is an advantage but not required.
- You are goal-oriented and work independently.
- You are able to work in highly organized manner.
