We are seeking a new member to join our team as the Team Leader for the GAP and Dealer Services teams.

GAP insurance is a type of car insurance that covers the difference between the actual cash value of a vehicle and the balance still owed on the financing or lease contract in the event of a total loss or theft. Dealer Services focuses on the administrative management of insurance policies, ensuring accurate data processing and providing high-quality service to our partners.

What will be your role?

  • Lead, motivate, and provide ongoing coaching for the team.
  • Ensure SLA and KPI are maintained and adhered to.
  • Complete audits on calls, claims, and policy administration to ensure procedures are accurately followed and provide training and support based on findings.
  • Manage complaints and concerns, including de-escalation by understanding the root cause, analyzing next steps, and supporting team members handling these complaints.
