What will be your job
Project and Release Management
- Coordinate RAN release introduction projects, including release content packaging across technical domains, planning, and its execution.
- Oversee high-level and low-level design work and test verification in the RAN laboratory.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for RAN release matters for DT affiliates and DT suppliers.
- Provide regular reports to the Product Owner and Steering Committee.
- Manage the back-office (tasks in Squad Gard, Jira, SharePoint, and Wikis)
Technical Contract Negotiations
- Lead technical negotiations with DT suppliers.
- Support of commercial negotiations with technical expertise.
RAN/ORAN Design
- Manage release content packaging.
- Handle feature requests.
- Organize design review meetings.
- Lead technical workshops.
ORAN Laboratory
- Coordinate the implementation of RAN products in the DT lab environment.
- Manage issues and escalations to the Test Facility
Who we 're looking for
- Strong experience in managing software releases, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating team in different locations
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to analyse complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on daily matters
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Understanding of ORAN principals and RAN deployment processes.
- In-depth knowledge of RAN architecture, including 4G, 5G, Cloud RAN, and related technologies.
- Be familiar with network planning, RAN operations, and optimization tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in international environment.
- Adaptability and ability to work effectively in dynamic branch
- Willingness to travel in Europe as needed for project-related activities.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in telecommunications.
