What will be your role?

  • Uploading claims related information into the database
  • Contacting clients in order to finalize opened claims
  • Liaising with repairers to finalize customer repairs
  • Investigation of all old open claims and appropriate action taken to close them
  • Answering telephones and taking messages when claims adjusters are not available
