Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated contract expert to expand the activities in our Contract Hub in the Customer Success Center in Brno.
This team currently focuses on providing high quality supporting services for our Customer Centers globally. The aim of this team is to increase customer satisfaction and back-office efficiency through contract administration support.
The aim of this new position is to focus also on the implementation of both existing and new functionalities in our customer centers. The successful candidate will report to Team Leader Contracts and will work closely together with the Business Process Manager in Airpower.
Mission
Your mission in this role will be to….
- Master the contract related processes.
- Coordinate the roll-out of existing and new processes in our customer centers (e.g. contract indexation, back billing, …)
- Monitor and report on the roll-out of these processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on new processes and functionalities.
- Assist the divisional team with testing new developments in the SAP.
- Be involved in new project initiated by CTS division.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management in the SAP Act! system.
- Strong understanding of contract-related processes.
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
