Heureka’s UX Research team's mission is to make sure that Heurecians make better decisions which lead towards making the company's vision come true. And we also make sure that vision is as humanity centered as possible.

In this role as Medior UX Researcher you will play a pivotal role in shaping our research strategy, mentoring others, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization. As a B2B focused Researcher, you will work with merchants, brands and sometimes agencies.

What will you do in our position?

  • Run research projects & present research findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner;
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on UX research methodologies, tools and trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the broader team;
  • Support teams in building continuous product discovery habits, using opportunity solution trees and delivering value to the user quickly;
  • Mentor and provide guidance to any people who do research, fostering their growth and development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing;
  • Improve internal processes and empower product teams to do product discovery as independently as possible;
  • Collaborate closely in cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals.

What makes you the perfect candidate?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as UX Researcher;
  • You are skilled in quantitative and qualitative research techniques;
    • You are right at home when it comes to conducting user interviews or usability sessions;
    • You can put together a basic survey and interpret it or ask business intelligence for relevant data;
    • You are curious and always ready to try new methods;
  • You are interested in gain teaching and mentoring skills, to support research democratization;
  • You have strategic skills (planning, insights presentation, stakeholders management);
  • You speaking at least C1 level English language;
  • You have great presentation skills;
  • You have basic design thinking & facilitation skills;
  • As a person you owe the following soft skills:
    • easygoing team player,
    • supportive, human-centered mindset,
    • structured thinker.
