What to expect

  • varied job in which you will communicate not only within the company, but also with suppliers and government authorities (Customs)
  • you will arrange and coordinate sea and air transport of materials from third countries
  • you will check the progress of the shipment from pick-up to delivery
  • you will control the tenders for transport services from announcement to evaluation
  • you will communicate with customs and prepare documents for customs procedures, including checking shipping and customs documents and invoices
  • you will record and evaluate data for process improvement and reporting purposes
  • of course, it depends on your previous experience - if you are interested in this area, we will teach you what you need, if you already have experience, you will be able to get independent projects

What you need

  • university degree preferably in economics
  • experience in international sea and air freight, knowledge of transport conditions (Incoterms), basic knowledge of customs issues
  • very good knowledge of working in MS Excel
  • knowledge of EU legislation (EUDR, Taric, etc.)
  • experience in purchasing is an advantage, but not necessary - the probation period includes training and adaptation to our purchasing process in close cooperation with colleagues from the team
  • very good knowledge of Czech and English language - daily communication
  • communicative, independent and pro-customer approach
