We are seeking for a new coordinator of our customer service team dealing with clients from the UK.

What will be your role?

  • Coordinating Administrative team in accordance with SLA and KPIs and ensuring balanced distribution of tasks
  • Liasing with repairers to finalise customer repairs
  • Uploading claims related information into database
  • Contacting clients in order to finalise and close open claims
  • Investigation of all old open claims and appropriate action taken to close them
  • Answering telephones and taking messages when claims adjusters are not available
