We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS expert to manage our HR system, ensure data accuracy, and provide technical support to users. What will you do?

  • Maintain HRIS system, troubleshooting errors, and provide training
  • Administer SAP SuccessFactors modules: LEARNING, SUCCESSION PLANNING, PMGM, COMP, PAYROLL
  • Create and interpret reports, and train key users on HR system usage
  • Design and monitor quality assurance tests, and resolve complex issues
  • Deliver data insights and analytics to inform HR decisions
  • Develop own capabilities and staying up-to-date on industry best practices
  • Collaborate with the People Care team to design and implement HR processes and procedures
  • Support the development of HR metrics and KPIs
  • Provide guidance on HR data analysis and reporting best practices
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Provide technical support for new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Develop and maintain HRIS system documentation and user guides
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve HR system functionality and user experience

What do you need?

  • SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience
  • Data analysis and IT testing experience as a key user or HR IS admin
  • Knowledge of compensation&benefits, rewards, financial or personal controlling would be a big plus
  • We are an international company, so at least a B1 level of English is a must, you also need to be fluent in Czech/Slovak
  • Ability to work independently but also in a project team
  • Ability to perform data analysis and interpretation, and IT testing and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in standard software packages and computer skills
  • Experience in IT support and troubleshooting, data management, and control
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision
  • Ability to review and create reports, and provide technical guidance and training
