We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Brand & Product Marketing Manager with a strong focus on social media to join our team. Vilgain is a European super-fast growing health & fitness DTC brand for goal oriented people which fight to fulfill their potential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing creative “out of the box” innovative, often polarizing and revelating, content marketing strategies, targeting our health-conscious ambitious audience across various social media platforms all over Europe, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute data-driven social media marketing strategies for our health, fitness & fashion products, increasing sales, brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, target audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  3. Set OKRs with the team and commit to them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, targeted content tailored for each social media platform.
  5. Analyze performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI, to optimize campaigns and ensure KPIs are met according to the vision, mission and values of the company.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously optimizing our social media presence and leveraging emerging platforms and opportunities.
  7. Manage and grow our online communities, responding to customer inquiries and fostering a positive brand experience.
  8. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  9. Foster strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to expand brand reach and credibility.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the health & fitness brand/DTC/e-commerce industries.
  2. Expertise in major social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok), with a track record of driving brand sales, fanbase/customer growth and engagement.
  3. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, experience with social media analytics tools.
  4. Excellent communication, collaboration, inspiring leadership and project management abilities.
  5. Passion for high performance in anything, positive relationship to high quality products, health & fitness interest and a deep understanding of our target audience's needs and interests.
