We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Segment Account Executive to join our Immunity Sales & Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving geographical expansion into the DACH region, targeting large enterprise clients (500+ subscribers) and closing high-value deals. Responsibilities
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure using the MEDDPICC framework in HubSpot CRM
- Business Development: Identify and engage target accounts via MQL pre-qualification, outreach, LinkedIn automation, and event networking
- Partner Management: Develop relationships with channel partners (SIs, VARs, Distributors) and drive joint sales strategies
- Customer Success & Market Expansion: Ensure smooth onboarding, drive renewals, and support market growth initiatives
- Work with Sales Engineers & Technical Consultants to support technical sales
- Align with Marketing to enhance lead generation
- Provide key market insights to management & product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of B2B enterprise sales, exceeding targets
- Experience in channel sales & complex solution selling
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong business acumen & organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Cybersecurity background
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & automation tools
- Sales certifications (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling)
